From 2 people team established in 1973 with Mr. Vinod Fondekar and Mr.Praksha Satam as a founder employee,  we have come in a long way today to become a strong team of 110 professionals  headed by Mr Biju Nair as our Technical Director, Mr. Rajiv Shanghvi as MD,  Mr Nikhil Shanghvi as CEO Mr. Sachin K C as our COO

 

As industry leaders, we have set up a number of trends like using computers for engineering design calculations and developing internal software like a plan (Planwin is the current name) as early as 1985, the Use of CAD in 1992, the use of Digital cameras for site inspection and reporting in 1999, developing and using site inspection App

in 2014 and migration to BIM in 2019.

Over the years, Team SACPL has created its footprint across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, institutional, hospitality, and healthcare sectors, among others. Projects undertaken beyond Indian borders have left its mark on structures in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Iran, Dar-e-Salam and Caribbean islands, Nepal, Tanzania and many more countries.

Team SACPL has won the Limca Books of World Records and India Book of World Records for the Longest span in the NMMC HO office.
